• Completed first home construction contract at the age of 18
• Facility Supervisor at Cal-wood Ranch, an outdoor education center in Boulder County, Colorado. Included was assisting supervisors on the Ranch, (trails, ropes course, working with local ranchers etc,) including the construction of 4 4016 s/f log dorms and a 12,000 s/f main lodge.
• Library Design in Talkeetna, Alaska.
• Design/ Build of 9,000 s/f Hardware Store, Talkeetna
• Design/build of 8,600 s/f Public safety building, Talkeetna. (Built in 90 days in the middle of Alaskan winter, on time on budget.
• Construction of “Godzilla”, personal home of Maui’s largest General Contractor, 9,982 s/f, $4,00,00.00 Budget.
• Supervisor of64 home Subdivision for Hudson Homes, Boulder Colorado.
• Ranch Carpenter, Uluplukua Ranch, Maui, Historically restored three of the oldest buildings on the Ranch.
